Other things to note

Layout:
The rooms are all separate, with outdoor walkways. Gives the home a lot of character and makes you feel like you’re in an island home. There is a hammock in the office that hangs in the hallway between the office and bedroom you’re welcome to use. This also means separate air conditioners for each room. Electricity is very expensive on the island. Please be mindful of this. The rooms cool off quickly – please only run the a/c when in the room and turn off when you leave. Especially during the day if you’re enjoying the island.

Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen:
These are all one space. On cooler nights you can open windows and all the doors to get a nice breeze. The TV in the living room is a smart TV. There are also board games for you to enjoy.
Kitchen is stocked with tons of dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a coffee maker and also a french press and milk frother! We try to keep condiments and spices stocked. We have an ice chest in the laundry that you can use. Please only add bottled water to the container in the refrigerator.

Master Bedroom:
Offers a smart TV. Attached full bath with tons of closet space. You can control the ceiling fan and light separately with the switch next to the bed.

Office:
This secluded air conditioned space is a great place to focus and get your work completed so you can enjoy the island after. It comes complete with 200MB high speed Internet.

Bathrooms:
Master and downstairs baths are both stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryers. So don’t bother bringing any of those!
There is a toggle switch by the shower in the master bath, and by the outlet in the downstairs bath. If you hit this toggle before turning on your shower, a pump will cycle hot water for about 3 minutes, so then it won’t take as long to get hot water to the showers. (Still may take a couple minutes, water heater is a long ways away)
Toilet Paper – no paper in the toilets anywhere on the island. Always put it in the trash can. Thanks!

Pool:
It’s at about 27c/82f, which is refreshing when it’s hot out. There is a pool guy who services the pool on Monday, Wednesday and either Friday or Saturday afternoons usually between 4:30 and 5:30.

Laundry Room:
There is a washing machine, but no dryer. There are clothes lines in the laundry room to hang things. They dry overnight pretty well. We have a bungee cord on the door to keep it propped open for better ventilation.

Studio Space:
This was the Beauty Girl Spa at one time. For now, it’s a locked storage area.
