The space
Welcome to your suite! This is a brand new top floor studio with a roof terrace and swimming pool!!!. Ideal for couples, fully furnished with a king sized bed. The suite is located at Cozumel´s Hotel Zone, 6 kms (4 miles) away from the city center, on both sides next to the building there is rain forest. The suite is only 3 mins. away with the car from Chankanaab Beach adventure, the Landmarks resort and the beach!

There you will also find the famous “Money Bar” where you can enjoy Mexican / International food at their palapa / terrace while listening to live music and drinking one of their great cocktails during happy hour. Last but not least, here you can watch the unique sunsets of Cozumel!
IMPORTANT: Please note that you will need a rental car, scooter or taxi to move around the island and from and to the suite. There is no public transport going to the hotel zone and there are 2 kms where there is no sidewalk, therefore it is not possible to walk to the downtown.
Guest access
At this condo you will have access to the swimming pool, gardens and terraces. Or if you prefer you can stay at your private roof terrace where you can lie in one of the deck chairs or in the hammock
